Maggi set free from the Ban

Maggi noodles, a product of Nestle broke its ban as the High Court of Mumbai, set it free to export around the world.
The Food Safety Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) said that it had no objection to the selling of the product abroad though it stood by its decision to ban nine different variants of food snack in the country for being hazardous to the public health.

“Why blame us…If the company claims that its product is safe and follows the safety standards then let them export it instead of destroying,” FSSAI counsel Mahmood Pracha argued before a bench of Justices V M Kanade and B P Colabawala.
This spreads a joy across the nation, as Maggi not just a product of Nestle but a memory to everyone.
