Rahul Gandhi Writes To PM Modi Over COVID-19

Rahul Gandhi, the former President of the Indian National Congress (INC,) on the 29th of March, wrote a letter to prime Minister Narendra Modi over the Novel Coronavirus.

In the letter, Rahul Gandhi asked PM Modi to keep political agendas aside and unite to fight the pandemic situation due to the COVID-19, a deadly virus killing people across the world.

Mr. Gandhi wrote, “I would like to convey to you my  solidarity along with that of millions of Congress Party workers at this time of immense humanitarian crisis.   We are all doing our utmost to cooperate with the steps the Government is taking to fight the Coronavirus outbreak in India.”

Rahul Gandhi spoke about the pandemic situation days after Sonia Gandhi, the interim President of the INC, wrote to PM Modi regarding the Novel Coronavirus.

Meanwhile, the number of COVID-19 cases in India crossed 900 with casualties more than 20.
