Pakistani authorities arrested two Indians for allegedly entering the Country illegally.
On the 18th of November, two Indian men, Prashant from Madhya Pradesh (MP) and Darilal from Telangana, were caught in the eastern city of Bahawalpur in Punjab province, Pakistan.
According to sources, both Prashant and Darilal did not have any official documents, due to which the Country’s police registered a case against them.
According to the police’s report, one of the men is a software engineer. The authorities believe he was sent to Pakistan to carry out a “sophisticated terror attack.”
On the 18th of November, Prashant, a native of Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, posted a 1 minute and 3 seconds long video on his Twitter account. In the video, Prashant said he would come back soon after completing the formalities.
After seeking permission from Pakistani officials, Prashant delivered his message in Telugu and said “Mummy and Daddy, how are you? I am fine here. From the police station, I was brought to the court. After declaring that there is no problem, I will be produced in the court and later, I will be sent to the jail from where information will be given to the Indian embassy officials.”
He concluded the video and said, “I will interact with you once the Indian embassy establishes contact with me.”
According to initial information from the Hyderabad Police, Prashant was in Madhya Pradesh due to personal reasons. How he landed in the Punjab province of Pakistan is yet to be identified.
On the other hand, the Ministry of External Affairs is trying to collect details about the two Indians, Prashant and Darilal, arrested by Pakistan’s police and establish contact with them.
