Please read this End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) carefully, before clicking the “I Agree” button. The user will see the Agreement on first screen of the App upon downloading or when using the Telugu Filmnagar App (“Application”.)
By clicking the “I Agree” button, downloading or using the Application, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement issued by Whacked Out Media Private Ltd., (“WOM”.)
If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not click on the “I Agree” button and do not download or use the Application.
- Scope And Consent
Agreeing to this digital Agreement means you accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and you consent to our collection, use and conditional disclosure of the required information. Refer Point #2(Information Collection) and #4(Disclosure.) - Information Collection
- The App collects your nonpersonal information such as IP address and device information. We may use this information to determine the traffic, retention which in turn to improve our services.
- Information Use And Retention
- We will retain your nonpersonal information as long as it is necessary for our operations. In addition, we may retain information from closed as well as active accounts to comply with the national laws to prevent fraud, to resolve disputes, to troubleshoot issues and to assist us with any investigations.
- Disclosure
- We may disclose your personal and nonpersonal information to our corporate subsidiaries and affiliates. This disclosure may be required by us to provide you with access to our services, to comply with our legal obligations, to facilitate our marketing and advertising activities related to the features and services of the App.
We will not share any of your personal information with third parties, except those affiliates of WOM, such as Mango Mass Media Pvt., Ltd.
- We may disclose your personal and nonpersonal information to our corporate subsidiaries and affiliates. This disclosure may be required by us to provide you with access to our services, to comply with our legal obligations, to facilitate our marketing and advertising activities related to the features and services of the App.
- Distribution And Intellectual Property Rights
- None of the property of Mango News App, such as logo, files, installer files and other components including the Mango News App may be distributed or used for profit or as a part of another software package.The sole right holder to distribute this App is the WOM.
- Overlay Advertisements
- While using the Mango News App, you may come across overlay advertisements. Such advertisements can lead you to the third party applications not limited to websites, widgets, or other utilities. WOM does not endorse the content of such applications and is not responsible for any other agreements between the user and such third party utilities.
- Questions or Complaints
- If you have a question or complaint about this Agreement or the Application, you can email your concerns to [email protected]. You may also visit the App’s website at https://themangonews.com/ for more information.
We reserve the right to make alterations to this Agreement from time to time, to be in sync with the policies of Google LLC. All the changes made to the Agreement will take effect automatically, as soon as they are published. We will notify users in case of any changes to the terms of the Agreement.
In addition, a copy of this application owned and or operated by third parties, to which the aforementioned company is not related, associated with or sponsored by the Mango Mobile App, may not be authorized for its use with our service in all countries.
