Today, the 24th edition of the Partnership Summit 2018 is being held in the Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (APIIC) grounds in Visakhapatnam. The three day Summit focusses on partnerships, synergies and multi country linkages to assist the growth of the global economy. The Summit will also play a role in building bridges, for the economic growth of the Country. This Partnership Summit is being organized by the Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion (DIPP,) Confederation of Indian Industry (CII,) Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MCI) and the Government of Andhra Pradesh.
It is said over 2000 delegates are attending the Summit and over 40% of the lot belongs to other countries. The Vice President of India M. Venkaiah Naidu will inaugurate the three day summit. Many Ministers and industrialists including the MCI Minister Suresh Prabhu, the Chief Minister of AP N. Chandrababu Naidu, industrialists Gautam Adani and Adi Godrej are also attending the Summit. Yesterday, Chandrababu Naidu took to the Twitter inviting people to take part in the Summit.
