The 15th match of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2020 between the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) and Rajasthan Royals (RR) was won by RCB.
On the 3rd of October, during the afternoon match, Devdutt Padikkal (63 off 45 balls) and Virat Kohli scored fifties beating RR.
RCB won the match against Rajasthan Royals by eight wickets in Abu Dhabi’s Sheikh Zayed Stadium.
Chasing 155 to win, Padikkal lost his opening partner Aaron Finch early. He combined with skipper Virat Kohli and stitched together an 99 run stand for the second wicket.
Mr. Padikkal also brought up his third fifty of IPL career in today’s match.
Kohli played the second fiddle initially but opened up after gaining some confidence and notched up big his first big score of IPL 2020, smashing 72 not out off 53 balls.
While RCB scored 158 runs with 2 wicket in 19.1 overs, RR scored 156 runs with 6 wickets in 20 overs.
