Hello Readers, we hope you had enjoyed the debut match of this season’s IPL 2017. A splendid knock from Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) to Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB,) the SRH won by 35 runs. This match was also the 10th match between SRH and RCB in all the IPL seasons. Rashid Khan who took two wickets on debut for defending champions SRH.

SRH’s top three players were – Shikhar Dhawan who scored 40 (30 balls,) Moises Henriques 52 out of 37 balls, and the Man of the Match and also the Stylish Player of the Match, Yuvraj Singh’s 62 runs in 27 balls helped SRH in winning the match. Despite losing the toss the team scored 207 for 4.
RCB’s top four players – Chris Gayle (32,) Mandeep Singh (24,) Travis Head (30) and Kedar Jadhav (31.) They were all set before getting out. The turning point of the match came with Kedar’s dismissal. RCB’s playing form came to a dismal situation after the catch and was never in the match after that.
Ashish Nehra (2/42) of SRH also took a couple of wickets to reach a personal milestone of 100 IPL victims.
