Here’s good news! iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus Red variants are now available on Amazon and Infibeam websites. Amazon has announced its release on April 14, 2017. Interestingly, Flipkart, which is an authorized seller of Apple smartphones, has not announced its arrival. The two red iPhone 7 models of 128GB and 265GB are priced at Rs. 70,000 and Rs. 82,000. The plus variants with 128GB are priced at 82,000 and 265GB costs Rs. 92,000 respectively as per the website.
Apart from the color, other specifications of the smartphone remain the same. The iPhone 7 comes with a 4.7 inch Retina HD display, 12MP rear camera, 6 elements lens, quad LED flash and flicker sensor.
The new iPhone comes with an Image signal processor which helps in distinguishing between humans and objects. The difference between 7 and 7 Plus is that the Plus variant features a 12MP dual camera setup which has 2x optical zoom capability.
The new Red variant is an initiative by the company which funds programs that combat HIV and AIDS in sub-Saharan Africa. Check out the detailed specifications here.
