A redesigned NES Classic, a Nokia 3310 and now a new Samsung flip phone, the mobile companies are in a mode of revamping. The mobile company is all set to launch a new flip phone for its home country South Korea. Samsung, earlier this year released a similar phone in China.

The phone, according to reports, will have a dual display with a 4.2-inch screen. The first screen will be as usual inside the flip, the second outside the phone. These will be full HD screen and come with a super AMOLED technology.

Named SM-W2017, the flip phone has high end specifications. This includes 12 MP rear camera, 5 MP front camera, 64 GB storage and fingerprint sensor. It is also said to be dust and water resistant with 2,300 mAh battery and with wireless charging facility. The only setback that stops this phone from being a top end device is its Snapdragon 430 processor.

In 2016, Samsung released a Galaxy Folder 2 flip phone but with few updated features. This mobile is expected to launch by the end of 2017 in South Korea and shipped to other countries later on.
