As per the instructions of the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) Government, the Telangana Police stopped 39 people returning from Qatar, Zaheerabad.
The Thirty Nine people arrived in Mumbai had a travel history from Qatar and were stopped at Zaheerabad near the Telangana Border.
Chandrasekhar Reddy, the Superintendent of Police (SP) of Sangareddy district, said the passengers travelling from Qatar were afraid of being quarantined, hence they landed in Mumbai. He also said the 39 passengers were residents of Srikakulam district, Andhra Pradesh (A.P.)
Besides the bus with the travellers from Qatar , two more private buses also entered Telangana and were coming from Goa. There were 60 passengers seated in the bus who were shifted to Gachibowli isolated wards. The bus from Goa with 60 passengers was screened at Kodangal area of Telangana.
