A businessman was robbed of Rs. 30 lakhs near Mahankali Temple, Secunderabad, Telangana.
The incident took place on the night of the 12th of November, when Roopa Ram, the businessman, was at Navkar Jewellers in the Pot Market, Hyderabad to collect the amount. Roopa Ram went on behalf of his employees to collect the cash.
According to sources, the assailants followed Mr. Ram and when they saw him coming out of a building with cash, they attacked him with pepper spray and robbed him.
The identities and details about the robbers are uncertain. The Secunderabad Police Station registered a robbery case and are trying to find the robbers.
The investigation regarding the same is underway.
