In another case of traffic violation, the Hyderabad Traffic Police, on the 31st of July, caught K. Suresh Goud for violating the traffic rules and having 57 pending traffic challans.
The incident took place at Nirankari crossroads, Lakdi Ka Pul, Hyderabad. K. Suresh Goud was riding a Honda Active.
Suresh had to pay a total of Rs. 7,695 as fine for violating the traffic rules. After the Police counselled Suresh, he paid the whole amount and was released with a warning.
This is not the first time the Hyderabad Traffic Police caught a person with such a high number of pending challans.
Recently, the Hyderabad Traffic Police caught Vishal, who has 80 pending traffic challans, at Patny Centre, Secunderabad. Vishal paid Rs. 12,630 as fine to the traffic police, but still has 80 pending challans.
A lot of cases of traffic violations, drunk driving and others have been recorded in the State in the past few months.
Recently, the son of a politician was arrested for misbehaving with a traffic constable and traffic police inspector after he violated the traffic rules.
The Hyderabad Traffic Police is very strict regarding drinking and driving and violation of traffic rules in the City.
