K. Chandrashekhar Rao, the Chief Minister of Telangana, on the 26th of May, issued a press release and expressed his condolences on the demise of  Sri Rajamouli, a senior photojournalist in the print media industry.

On the morning of the 26th of May,  a senior news photographer, R. Rajamouli passed away at the age of 57.

R. Rajamouli was working with Eenadu newspaper and was acknowledged for his contribution to the print media as a photographer.  Mr. Rajamouli joined Eenadu newspaper in 1985 and continued with the organisation till 2020.

According to sources, Mr. Rajamouli died of a brain hemorrhage.   On the night of the 25th of May, Mr. Rajamouli complained of dizziness and was rushed to a nearby hospital.

After a few tests, doctors said he suffered a brain hemorrhage in his brain and performed a surgery.  However, his brain could not sustain excess bleeding resulting in loss of his life.

Mr. Rajamouli’s  final rites are expected to be held on the evening of the 26th of May.   Rajamouli is survived by his wife and two sons.
