K. Chandrashekar Rao, the Chief Minister of Telangana, would conduct a high level meeting regarding the new agriculture [policy on the 21st of May.
The meeting to discuss the new pattern of the crop cultivation would be held at Pragati Bhavan, Hyderabad, Telangana at 2:00 P.M.
During the meeting, the Chief Minister will discuss district-wise cultivation of specific crops. Besides reviewing the current situation of cultivation and farming, the meeting would also discuss extent of each crop for cultivation in each district of Telangana.
The Cabinet ministers and other agriculture department officials including District Collectors, District Agriculture officials and district representatives of the Rythu Bandhu Samithi, would attend the meeting.
As of now, the State Government announced the production of cotton during kharif season with an aim of making farming profitable for farmers in the State.
