Mr. G. Kishan Reddy, the Union Home Minister of State of Telangana, and the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader slammed Mr. K. Chandrashekar Rao, the Chief Minister of Telangana.
Mr. G. Kishan Reddy said Mr. K. Chandrashekar Rao insulted the Governor of Telangana Ms. Tamilisai Soundararajan for not following the traditions. Ms. Tamilisai Soundararajan organized an “At Home” ceremony, which Mr. K. Chandrashekar Rao skipped. The event was organized at the Raj Bhavan, Telangana, in view of the Independence Day celebrations in the Telugu State.
Speaking to the media, Mr. G. Kishan Reddy said, persons are not permanent in society but systems are permanent. Highlighting the rude behavior of the Telangana Rashtra Samithi President KCR, Mr. G. Kishan Reddy said, “KCR will be here today but will be gone tomorrow but the systems will remain forever.”
The BJP Minister further said traditions should be respected in a democratic system.
The KCR-led TRS Government is yet to respond to the comments and criticism of the BJP leader Mr. G. Kishan Reddy.
