G.Kishan Reddy, the Union Home Minister for State, on the 3rd of June, wrote a letter to K. Chandrashekar Rao, the Chief Minister of Telangana.
The letter written by Mr. Kishan Reddy was about the Ambarpet flyover, which is yet to be completed. Mr. Reddy requested the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) President KCR to complete the pending land acquisition for the construction of Amberpet flyover.
The crossroads on the National Highway 202, which is under the Secunderabad Lok Sabha Constituency represented by the union minister.
In 2018, Nitin Gadkari, the Union Transport and National Highways Minister laid the foundation stone to the flyover. In addition, the Central Government released its share of Rs 76.33 crores for the construction, which is now pending due to the delay in land acquisition.
The Union Minister urged K. Chandrashekar Rao to expedite the official process for land acquisition on a fast pace and complete the flyover as soon as possible.
