K.T. Rama Rao, the Municipal Administration and Urban Development Minister and the Information Technology, Electronics and Communications Minister of Telangana, inaugurated the State’s 1st logistics park.
On the 11th of October, K.T. Rama Rao launched the 2.5 lakh square feet logistics park in Mangalpally, Rangareddy district, Telangana.
The park is worth Rs. 22 crores and would employ approximately 1,000 people. The selected employees would also be trained at the Telangana Academy for Skill and Knowledge (TASK.) K.T. Rama Rao said, “Logistic Park at Batasingaram is also almost completed and will be inaugurated in January.”
During the inauguration ceremony, KTR spoke about the Government’s plan to develop more Information Technology (IT) companies in Adibatla, Telangana.
KTR said, “Interchange bus stations will be set up at Outer Ring Road (ORR) and a multi model transport system will be developed linking it with the two railway tunnel.”
KTR concluded the event by speaking about the plan of the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) to construct an aerospace park at Eliminedu, Telangana.
Srinivasa Reddy, the Member of Parliament (MP) of Mahabubnagar, Narender Reddy, the Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) of Kodangal, Anita Reddy and Rajasekhar, the Managing Director of the logistic park, attended the event.
