The Telangana Government, on the 31st of June, allowed all the wine and liquor shops to remain open till 800 P.M., during the 5th lockdown and Unlock 1.
In action from the 1st of June, the Ministry of Home Affairs issued a set of guidelies and allowances to shops and activities in the State during the lockdown 5.0.
As per the issued guidelines, shopping malls, shops, restaurants and religious places could open from the 8th of June.
In regard to this, the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) Government also permitted Wine shops a relaxation to be open till 8:00 P.M., from previous 6:00 P.M.
The nigh curfew imposed on the citizens have also been relxaed by 4 hours and been changed to 9:00 P.M., -5:00 A.M.
However, the relaxations are not allowed in the containment zones like areas of Hyderabad, as it has the highest number of the Novel Coronavirus cases.
Meanwhile, in the past 24 hours, Telangana recorded 74 new cases of the Novel Coronavirus With these updates, the total number of cases reported in the State are 2,698 with 82 fatalities till the 1st of June.
