Mohan Bhagwat, the chief of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS,) will visit Hyderabad on the 12th of September and attend a Ganesh immersion program.
The Bhagyanagar Ganesh Utsav Samithi organised the Ganesh immersion event.
Bhagwant Rao, the General Secretary of the Bhagyanagar Ganesh Utsav Samithi, addressed a press conference and confirmed Mohan Bhagwat’s participation in the event.
According to Mr. Rao, the immersion of Ganesha will take place on Ananta Chaturdashi, which is on the 12th of September. The Ganesh procession will start from Balapur and will cross several areas like Shalibanda, Charminar and others. The procession will end at Hussain Sagar (Tank Bund.)
During the procession, Mr. Bhagwat will address the devotees at the MJ Market circle around 3:30 P.M.
Apart from the RSS President, Swami Pragyanand, the founder of the Pragya Mission, will also be a part of the event and procession.
The procession will start at 8:00 A.M., on the 12th of September.
