In the Sangareddy district of Telangana, a 14 year old student committed suicide, confirmed the district police on the 2nd of November, Wednesday.
According to sources, Malavath Sailender (14) a class 8 student of a Tribal Residential School in Jinnaram Mandal, Sangareddy, was found hanging in the study hall of the school. It is to be noted, Sailender allegedly told his younger brother that he won’t be seen the next day. It looked like Malavath Sailender was upset or depressed over something and was planning suicide. However, the exact reason behind this extreme step of Malavath Sailender is still be known.
Speaking about the unfortunate incident, the watchman of the tribal school saw Malavath’s body hanging and immediately informed the administration. The incident is said to have occurred around 10:00 P.M., on the 1st of November, Tuesday.
After the incident, the school administration informed the family of the victim, following which a case against the school administration was registered with the district police. Notably, Malavath Sailender’s family blamed the school administration for their negligence, which resulted in the death of their kin. The family even staged a protest in front of the school, demanding strict action and justice for the boy.
Meanwhile, a case has been registered and an investigation into the matter has been launched.
