In a kind gesture to help a student in Telangana, the State Governor Ms. Tamilisai Soundararajan provided a laptop to Manasa, a resident of Karimnagar, Telangana.
According to sources, Manasa, who is pursuing engineering, coding and aptitude, urged Mr. K.T. Rama Rao, the Information Technology and Urban Development Minister of Telangana, to provide her with a laptop. In a tweet, Manasa wrote about the need for a laptop, even if it is second hand, to make her aptitude courses studies easier. Manasa also mentioned that her family, after the demise of her father, is struggling with the financial crisis, making her livelihood also impossible, therefore she cannot afford a laptop, hence urged the Telangana Government officials. In the tweet addressed to Mr. K.T. Rama Rao, Manasa also tagged the Governor of Telangana, Smita Sabharwal and the angel for the underprivileged people Sonu Sood.
Reacting to the heartfelt tweet, Ms. Tamilisai Soundararajan assured Manasa a laptop and said, “Noted your request. Rajbhavan will arrange to get you a laptop soon. Forwarded to my officials to do the need full best wishes for your studies.”
Responding to the gesture of Ms. Tamilisai Soundararajan, Manasa thanked the State Governor and tweeted “Thankyou madam for accepting my request for providing laptop for me. It’s great pleasure and it will help me to learn more for my studies. Thanks for supporting me madam.”
