The Telangana Legislative Assembly Budget session will begin on the 9th of September.
The Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS,) on the 8th of September, expanded its Government and inducted new ministers. Soon after the new ministers were allocated their portfolios, K. Chandrashekar Rao, the Chief Minister of Telangana, gave his approval to present the 2019-2020 Budget.
On the first day of the Budget session, T. Harish Rao, the new Finance Minister of Telangana, is expected to present the State Budget.
The decision to present the Budget was approved officially during a Cabinet meeting, which was held on the 8th of September at Pragati Bhavan, Telangana.
During the meeting, the ministers discussed this year’s Budget and its objectives.
According to sources, the expected budget of 2019-2020 will be under Rs 1.82 lakh crores.
The Telangana Legislative Assembly Budget session will start at 11:30 A.M., on the 9th of September.
