The Telangana High Court (HC,) on the 10th of October, reviewed the petition filed against the Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) strike.
The Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) filed a petition against the TSRTC employees who called for an indefinite strike on the 5th of October.
The Telangana Court, after reviewing the petition, adjourned the case to the 15th of October. The Court said the file submitted by the State Government was unclear and not detailed and asked the Government to submit another report.
The Telangana Government claimed the TSRTC strike is illegal and against the law.
On the 10th of October, the TSRTC strike entered its 5th day. It is expected to continue for an indefinite duration.
The next hearing regarding the case is scheduled on the 15th of October.
