A horrifying incident of rape was reported in Wanaparthy region of Telangana.
On the 5th of January, Wednesday, the Telangana police registered an FIR. According to the police, a minor of class 9 was brutally raped by two men.
Getting into details, the incident took place on the morning of the 4th of January, when the girl was on her way to school. Identified as Anil Nagaraju, a resident of Mallayya Palli, dragged the minor into nearby bushes and assaulted her. After committing the crime, the accused dropped her before her school in Chintakunta. Her parents filed a case after getting information from the school teachers.
The incident took place in Mallayya Palli, Panagal Mandal in Wanaparthy. People of the region came on roads and started protesting and demanded justice for the girl.
The case is under investigation.
