On the 14th of September, Telangana recorded 1,417 new Novel Coronavirus or COVID-19 cases.
According to the released media bulletin about the COVID-19 situation, in the past 24 hours, with 1,417 new cases, the State also recorded 13 fatalities.
Of the total new cases, 12 were reported from Adilabad, 27 from Bhadradri Kothagudem, 264 from areas under the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC,) 34 from Jagtial, 20 from Jangaon, 8 from Jayashankar Bhupalpally, 12 from Jogulamba Gadwal, 11 from Kamareddy and 108 from Karimnagar.
Other cases reported from different districts are 37 from Khammam, 16 from Komaram Bheem Asifabad, 34 from Mahabubnagar, 54 from Mahabubabad, 28 from Mancherial, 13 from Medak, 25 from Medchal Malkajgiri, nine from Mulugu, 32 from Nagarkurnool, 47 from Nalgonda, one from Narayanpet, eight from Nirmal, 67 from Nizamabad, 39 from Peddapalli, 24 from Rajanna Sircilla, 133 from Rangareddy, 107 from Sangareddy, 75 each from Siddipet, 34 from Suryapet, six from Vikarabad, 19 from Wanaparthy, 20 from Warangal Rural, 70 from Warangal Urban and 23 from Yadadri Bhongir.
With these updates, till date Telangana has 1,58,513 positive cases, of which with 2,479 recoveries there are 1,27,007 recovered/discharged cases, 30,532 active cases and 974 deceased cases.
Of the total active cases, 23,639 patients are under home isolation and 6,893 cases in institutional care.
Meanwhile, between Saturday and Sunday (the 12th and the 13th of September,) the Telangana health officials conducted 34,427 COVID-19 tests. Of the total cases reports of 825 samples are awaited.
With this till the 14th of September, officials conducted 21,69,339 COVID-19 tests in Telangana.
In addition, Telangana progressed in terms of recovery with 80% recovery rate.
