The Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) Government is planning to simplify the process for getting permission for new constructions in Telangana.
K.T. Rama Rao, the Municipal Administration and Urban Development Minister and the Information Technology, Electronics and Communications Minister of Telangana, on the 17th of October, conducted a meeting regarding same.
KTR said, “The State already has one of the best systems in the country in place with respect to building permissions. We are ready to make this process simpler, more transparent and completely online.”
KTR met the associations representing the building and real estate industries and other TRS officials of the Municipal Administration department.
KTR also asked the associations to share their views regarding getting permission for constructions and a township policy, which will be soon launched by the TRS Government.
KTR spoke about e software for permitting constructions and said all the wings of the Municipal Administration department are working digitally for quicker results.
In addition, KTR also asked the real estate officers and constructors not to violate any laws and rules while seeking permission and constructing buildings in the City. He said the Telangana Government would do everything possible for enhancing the development of industries, which will employ thousands of people in Telangana.
Members of the Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI,) Telangana Builders Federation and representatives of other associations attended the meeting.
