On the 13th of October, Andhra Pradesh reported 4,622 new cases of Novel Coronavirus or COVID-19.
Andhra Pradesh on the 13th of October, recorded 5,715 recoveries and 4,622 new COVID-19 cases, while 35 more people succumbed to the infection in the 24 hours.
With this, the state Covid-19 table showed a gross 7,63,573 confirmed cases, 7,14,427 recoveries and 6,291 deaths so far, leaving 42,855 active cases, according to the latest bulletin.
West Godavari added 752, Chittoor 705 and East Godavari 691 new cases in 24 hours.
Kurnool, which was once the state topper in coronavirus cases, now has the lowest number of only 1,253 active cases.
It added the lowest number of 88 new cases in 24 hours. Of the total deceased, Chittoor reported seven Krishna five and Kadapa and Prakasam four each.
In addition, according to the median bulletin, so far, 67.02 lakh sample for COVID-19 were tested.
With this, the overall infection positivity rate slid to 11.39 % , recovery rate to 93 %.
