Andhra Pradesh Reports 8,846 Cases of Novel Coronavirus or COVID-19.
Andhra Pradesh is reporting a massive increase in the Novel Coronavirus or COVID-19 cases.
In September, the single day spike reached a minimum of 7,000 per day cases. The State is on the edge to complete 6 lakh cases soon.
In Andhra Pradesh areas like East Godavari, Anantapur, Chittoor, Prakasam, Viziangagram and Guntur have highest number of positive cases.
On the 15th of September Andhra Pradesh reported 8,846 ases of the Novel Coronavirus or COVID-19 in the past 24 hours.
The Novel Coronavirus in Andhra Pradesh is increasing massively with a minimum of 7,000 plus cases.
According to the Health Department of Andhra Pradesh, in the last 24 hours, 89,262 samples were tested for COVID-19 infection.
In the past 24 hours, 9,628 people have been discharged with perfect health and 69 have died from the virus.
State Health department confirmed a total of 5,83,925 cases of the Novel Coronavirus. Of the total 92,353 are active cases, 4,86,531 ,are recovered/discharged cases and 1,041 are deceased cases.
In addition, the mortality rate of COVID-19 in Andhra Pradesh is 0.90 %, the average growth rate of the infection is now 1.80 %. The recovery rate now 83.30 %.
Till the 15th of September, Andhra Pradesh conducted a total of 46,61,375 tests for the Novel Coronavirus.
The total population of the State as per 2019 data is 5,22,21,000.
