In Andhra Pradesh’s Nellore district, a horrific murder was reported on the 13th of January, Friday.
According to sources, in Buchireddypalem Chakali street, Nellore, a man murdered his landlord under the influence of alcohol. Getting into the details, Rajasekhar, the tenant killed Obulesu, the owner of the house he was living in, and stabbed him to death.
The police registered a case against Rajasekhar, who lived alone at the house and was said to be an alcoholic.
After the initial investigation, it was reported on the 12th of January, Thursday, Rajasekhar came home drunk and was shouting loudly. When stopped by his landlord Obulesu, he started quarrelling with him too and soon they got into an argument. It is to be noted, Rajasekhar started drinking after his wife left him and shifted to her parent’s house, as she was unable to tolerate Rajasekhar’s harassment. Unable to cope up with the fact of his wife leaving him, Rajasekhar started drinking and used to create a scene at his home regularly, indulging in fights with his landlord and other neighbours.
The police have registered a case and launched an investigation into the matter.
