The JanaSena Party, on the 13th of March, released its first list of candidates contesting the Andhra Pradesh Assembly elections.
Pawan Kalyan, the President of the JanaSena Party, announced 32 candidates for the Assembly seats and 4 candidates for the Lok Sabha seats.
Andhra Pradesh will contest a total of 175 seats and 25 seats in the upcoming Assembly elections and Lok Sabha elections respectively.
The 4 Members of Parliament (MPs) selected to contest the Lok Sabha elections in Andhra Pradesh are D.M.R. Sekhar (Amalapuram,) Akula Satyanarayana (Rajahmundry,) Gedela Srinubabu (Visakhapatnam) and Chintala Parthasarathi (Anakapalli.)

The JanaSena Party is the first Party in Andhra Pradesh to announce its list of candidates contesting the elections.
The major parties contesting the upcoming Andhra Pradesh Lok Sabha and Assembly elections are the JanaSena Party, the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) and the Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP.)
The Assembly elections and the Lok Sabha elections in Andhra Pradesh are scheduled on the 11th of April.
The results of the elections will be announced on the 23rd of May 2019.
