Disappointed with the judement of the Andhra Pradesh (A.P.,) High Court over the State Election Commissioner (SEC) Ramesh Kumar case, the A.P., Goverment decided to move the Supreme Court.
The Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP) is expected to move the Supreme Court, opposing the judgement of continuation of N. Ramesh Kumar as the SEC.
Ambati Rambabu, a member of the YSRCP said,”justice could not be served in the courts in each case, there is the possibility of a move to the upper court. We are in consultation with the legal experts regarding the case.”
Ambati Rambabu supported the ordinance passed by the YSRCP, following which the State Government removed N. Ramesh Kumar and appointed V. Kanagaraj.
Mr. Rambabu said, “We will appeal to the above court, after getting the order copy.”
However, an official announcement to move the SC against the judgement of the Andhra Pradesh (A.P.,) High Court is yet to be made.
