The Andhra Pradesh Government, on the 13th of October, released an amount of Rs. 148.37 crores to the network hospitals under the Arogyasri programme.
The amount was released for the hospitals to settle bills till the first week of September.
Dr. A. Mallikarjuna, the Chief Executive Officer of YSR Health Care Trust programme said to the media.
Mr. Mallikarjun said, “The chief minister has been regularly releasing the funds to the hospitals keeping up his promise.”
In a statement, Mr. Mallikarjun said the Government has also transferred Rs. 31.97 crores into the accounts of the 544 network hospitals under employees health scheme (EHS.)
