The Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP,) on the 23rd of June, transferred 21 Indian Public Service (IPS) officers in Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh (AP.)
The AP Government reshuffled 5 IPS officers amongst the 21 for the 2nd time in the last one week.
A.R. Anuradha, who was given the Post of Principal Secretary (Home) last week, was transferred as the Director General (DG) of AP State Disaster Response and Fire Services (SDRF) Officer. Mahesh Chandra Laddha, the Police Commissioner of Visakhapatnam, was transferred as the Inspector General of Police (IGP) in the AP Headquarters. Rajiv Kumar Meena was posted as the Police Commissioner of Visakhapatnam.
N. Balasubrahmanyam, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of e-Pragati, was transferred to the General Administration Department (GAD.)
N. Sridhar Rao, on deputation from the Sikkim cadre of the 1994 batch, was transferred as the Additional DG (ADG) of Welfare and Sports.
The other officers transferred were Vineet Brijal as the IGP of Guntur Range and K. Satyanarayana as the IG of Police Transport Organisation.
G. Srinivas, the Deputy Inspector General (DIG) and the Superintendent of Police (SP) officers such as G.V.K. Ashok Kumar, Sarvashresta Tripathi, Vikrant Patil and Koya Praveen were also transferred. Koya Praveen was not given any new post after the transfer.
