Botcha Satyanarayana, the Municipal Administration and Urban Development Minister of Andhra Pradesh, on the 30th of November, visited Visakhapatnam.
The Visakhapatnam visit was scheduled to inspect the Metro Rail project in Visakhapatnam. Mr. Satyanarayana was accompanied by M. Srinivasa Rao, the Tourism Minister of AP. Satyanarayana inspected the Metro stretch from Gajuwaka to Kommadi.
Apart from Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP) leaders and officials, Andhra Pradesh Metro Rail officials were also present during the inspection.
Dronamraju Srinivasa Rao, the Chairman of the Visakhapatnam Metropolitan Region Development Authority (VMRDA,) G. Srijana, the Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation (GVMC) Commissioner, M.V.V. Satyanarayana, the Member of Parliament (MP) of Visakhapatnam and District Collector V. Vinay Chand were also present during the inspection.
After completion, the Metro Rail project would benefit a lot of daily commuters in Visakhapatnam.
