On the 6th of November, another leader of the JanaSena Party joined the opposition, the Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP,) in Andhra Pradesh (AP.)
Addepalli Sridhar, a former member of the JanaSena Party, joined the Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy led YSRCP in the presence of Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy at the YSRCP office in Tadepalli, AP.
In the past few days, approximately 5 leaders of the JanaSena Party switched to the ruling Party, the YSRCP.
The decreasing number of leaders is said to be a major drawback for Pawan Kalyan, the President of the JanaSena Party, who is trying to strengthen the Party in Andhra Pradesh.
Addepalli was initially a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP.) Later, he became a member of the JanaSena and now, he shocked everyone by joining the YSRCP. He was expected to rejoin the BJP.
The reason behind his resignation is said to be the JanaSena Party’s defeat in the 2019 Assembly and the Lok Sabha elections in Andhra Pradesh.
The JanaSena Party is trying to become stronger after it lost its credibility in the State.
