Talari Rangaiah retired as the Project Director of the District Rural Development Agency (DRDA) and joined the YSRCP a year ago. Rangaiah, like Pavan Reddy, is contesting the elections for the first time.

Being a young candidate, J.C. Reddy is determined to resolve the issues faced by the youths of Anantapur.
