N. Chandrababu Naidu, the Chief Minister (CM) of Andhra Pradesh (AP,) who plans to become the kingmaker in Delhi, will campaign for all the regional parties in India.

After the AP Assembly and Lok Sabha elections, Mr. Naidu is in full form to extend his support to the regional parties of Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, Jammu and Kashmir, Delhi, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka.

On the 16th of April, Chandrababu Naidu, the President of the Telugu Desam Party (TDP,) met leaders of the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) and held a press conference.

During the press conference, Mr. Naidu targeted Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his Party, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP.) He said, the Party is misusing its power and trying to create hurdles in the Lok Sabha elections.

To prove his allegations, Mr. Naidu highlighted several issues impacting the opposition parties during the Lok Sabha elections. He also spoke about the raids carried out by the Income Tax Department and the malfunctioning of the Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) during the polls on the 11th of April.

Mr. Naidu, at the press conference, said, “Income tax raids were conducted only against DMK, Telugu Desam and H.D. Kumaraswamy.” He further added, “Today there is a raid in Karnataka. Are there any raids in BJP ruled states?”

Recently, on the 15th of April, Mr. Naidu also campaigned for Nikhil Gowda, the son of H.D. Kumaraswamy, the Chief Minister of Karnataka.

Mr. Naidu, who wants to remove the BJP from power, will campaign for several parties across India. Some of the parties are the Trinamool Congress (TMC) in WB, the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) and the Samajwadi Party (SP) in Uttar Pradesh. Apart from these, the other parties include the DMK in Tamil Nadu, the Janata Dal (Secular) [JD(S)] in Karnataka, the Aam Aadmi Party in Delhi and the National Conference Party in Jammu and Kashmir.

The Lok Sabha elections began on the 11th of April and will continue till the 19th of May 2019.

The major parties contesting the Lok Sabha elections are the Indian National Congress (INC) and the BJP.

The results of the Lok Sabha elections will be announced on the 23rd of May 2019.
