K. Chandrashekar Rao, the Chief Minister of Telangana and Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, the Cheif Minister of Andhra Pradesh (AP,) extended Dussehra greetings to the citizens of the two Telugu States.
On the 8th of October, KCR in his wishes said “Truth alone Triumphs” and gave a message of mankind and good over evil. KCR said the festival of Dussehra is the festival celebrated to fight all the evils, including environmental hazards and to “create greener neighbourhoods.”
Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh (AP) also extended wished to the citizens of AP. He said, “Dussehra festival is a mark of victory of the divine powers over evil and good. The ultimate victory of evil. No matter how powerful the evil is and powerful, but the victory favours our Jaganmarata to the world,”
Apart from Y.S. Jagan and KCR, Tamilisai Soundararajan, the Governor of Telangana also wished everyone on the festive occasion of Dussehra.
Ms. Soundararajan said, “I pray the Divine Mother to shower Her blessings on all of us on the occasion of happy and festive celebrations of Dasara.”
Dussehra also is known as Vijaydashmi is celebrated to mark the win of good over evil across India. It is celebrated on the last day of Navratri.
