Koratala Siva, one of the most famous directors of the Telugu film industry, on the 12th of July, announced his upcoming movie with Megastar Chiranjeevi.
According to sources, the script work of the film is done and the shooting will begin soon.
Speaking about the cast of the film, it is rumoured, Bollywood actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan will play the lead role opposite Chiranjeevi. Earlier it was said, Nayanthara will play the lead role, after which Anushka Shetty was named as lead actress.
However, both the rumours seem false as Chiranjeevi approached the director of the film and producer and asked them to rope in Aishwarya Rai Bachchan for the lead role.
Ram Charan is the producer of the film and would have the responsibility to convince Aishwarya Rai Bachchan to take up the role.
The fans of Chiranjeevi are excited to see him in the movie, in which he will play a double role. As of now, he is working on Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy.
The Chiranjeevi-Koratala Siva film, which is untitled as of now, is expected to be released during Summer 2020.
However, an official announcement regarding the film and its cast is yet to be made.
