Bollywood actor Ajay Devgn confirmed he will be a part of RRR, an upcoming project by director S.S. Rajamouli.
After Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior, Ajay Devgn is now working with S.S. Rajamouli of Bahubali fame.
On the 21st of January, Twitter was flooded with pictures of Ajay Devgn with director Rajamouli as Ajay Devgn joined the sets of RRR to complete his part of the shoot.
The filmmakers of RRR took to their official Twitter handle and posted a picture with the caption, “All of us are super charged and ecstatic to kickstart our schedule with @AjayDevgn ji today… Welcome Sir! #AjayDevgn #RRRMovie #RRR.”
RRR is an action film featuring Ram Charan and Jr. NTR in lead roles. The film is set during the pre independence era and is based on the life of two freedom fighters, Alluri Sitarama Raju and Komaram Bheem.
Besides Ajay Devgn, Alia Bhatt will also be a part of the film.
RRR was earlier expected to be released on the 30th of July, 2020. However, there is news the release of the movie could be postponed to October 2020. An official confirmation is awaited.
