Baahubali: The Beginning, Director S.S. Rajamouli, on the 12th of August tested negative for the Novel Coronavirus.

Mr. Rajamouli took to social media and shared about he and his family being negative for the deadly virus after taking treatment.

S.S. Rajamouli said, “Completed 2 weeks of quarantine! No symptoms. Tested just for the sake of it… It is negative for all of us. Doctor said we need to wait 3 weeks from now to see if we’ve developed enough antibodies for plasma donation (sic.)”

On the 29th of July, Mr. Rajamouli took to Twitter and said he and  his family members have tested positive for the deadly COVID-19 infection.

After being recovered of the Novel Coronavirus, the director showed an urge to donate his plasma for the recovery of other COVID-19 patients. 

Before the nationwide lockdown was announced, S.S. Rajamouli was working on a big project featuring stars like Ram Charan, Alia Bhat, Ajay Devgn and NTR Junior. 

The movie Rise Roar Revolt (RRR) would also feature international actors like Ray Stevenson, Olivia Morris and Allison Doody. 

The plot of RRR revolves around the story of freedom fighters Alluri Seetharamaraju and Komaram Bheem, who fought against the British Raj and the Nizam of Hyderabad. 

The movie is expected to release in 2021.  However, an official release date is yet to be announced.
