In a collaboration with Stayfree, P.V. Sindhu, one of the badminton champions of India, initiated a social media campaign #StayHomeKeepMoving.
Stayfree, a women hygiene product, is always known for its digital campaigns creating awareness about the female menstruation issues, period conversation and more uase of sanitary pads ensuring women safety.
During the lockdown, Stayfree launched several digital campaigns empowering women to be confident and pursue their dreams.
The social media campaign aims to encourage young girls to continue with their dreams amid the pandemic situation due to the Novel Coronavirus or COVID-19.
P.V. Sindhu said, “With new routines and new ways of living, it’s easy to lose sight of our dreams. But, it’s more important than ever before that we remain positive and stay committed to them. It’s been an incredible experience for me to lead the #StayHomeKeepMoving campaign and open up my life at home and show young women everywhere that it is possible to keep moving towards self-development while also staying safe.”
Manoj Gadgil, the Vice President of the Johnson and Johnson Consumer Division ( Marketing) said, “In these uncertain and anxiety-ridden times we wanted to send a message of hope and positivity to young women across the country – that it is possible to pursue what they love, with confidence and safety and thus retain a sense of progress.”
Ms. Sindhu, the brand ambassador of Stayfree, posted self videos on Stayfree’s official pages of Facebook and Instagram.
In the shared videos, P.V. Sindhu shared some snippets of her daily life routine during the lockdown.
Now the campaign videos, crossed 12 millions and more views, P.V. Sindhu asked her followers to share their daily life routine snippets aiming to the idea of #StayHomeKeepMoving
