Arvind Kejriwal Appeals To Public To Vote For AAP

Arvind Kejriwal, the Chief Minister of Delhi, on the 23rd of January, conducted a roadshow and addressed a public rally in Delhi.

He appealed to the Delhi public to vote for the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP.)

Arvind Kejriwal said, “You can keep supporting your party, but please vote for AAP… we have done a lot for Delhi.  If you vote for other parties, then all the work that we have done for Delhi’s schools and hospitals will be undone.”

Arvind Kejriwal conducted a roadshow in a yellow jeep in Matiala of northwest Delhi.

During the roadshow, Arvind Kejriwal spoke about the various schemes launched by his State Government, including free healthcare, electricity and others.

The AAP spokesperson spoke about how the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) may try to change the environment of Delhi in its favour.  He said, “However, I feel people of Delhi are intelligent enough to see through this propaganda of the BJP. “

The spokesperson further added, “National issues are for national elections and state issues are for state elections. In Jharkhand, the BJP tried to use the national narrative and bring in national issues and it lost. It tried the same thing in Haryana and it fell short of majority and in Jharkhand, it was defeated.”

Meanwhile, Amit Shah, the Home Minister of India, also conducted roadshows for the forthcoming Delhi Assembly Elections.

The Delhi Assembly elections are scheduled to be held on the 8th of February, 2020.

The results are scheduled to be announced on the 11th of February.

Stay tuned for further updates.
