The ‘Pawri Ho Rahi Hai’ (party is going on) trend of social media is unstoppable as political leaders are also using it against the opposition.

On the 25th of February, J.P. Nadda, the National President of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) addressed a public meeting in West Bengal.

During the meeting, Mr. Nadda took the ‘Pawri Ho Rahi Hai’ reference and said, “Yeh Bengal ki pramodit janta hai, yeh hum sab hai, aur Bengal main parivartan ki tayyari ho rahi hai (This is excited people of Bengal, this is us, and in Bengal, people are getting ready for a change).”

Mr. Nadda was addressing BJP’s ‘Poriborton Yatra’ in Barrackpore district of poll bound West Bengal.

Recently, the trend was all over social media platforms, film, television and sports personalities entertained the netizens with their own versions of Pakistan’s viral video ‘Pawri Ho Rahi Hai.’

The BJP’s Nadda gave a new version of Pawri Ho Rahi Hai and surprised netizens. However, his words might be unintentional but recognised the trending ‘pawri ho rahi hai’ meme.
