Bengaluru: In a bizarre incident, a Bharatiya Janata Party state media incharge Prakash S couldn’t believe when he received a challan from Bengaluru Traffic Police charging him for not wearing helmet while riding pillion, the registration number mentioned in the challan was that of his Toyota car on Sunday.
Prakash told the media that when he checked the challan he couldn’t believe. But later when he looked at it clearly he found the challan of his car registration number along with the type of offence for not suing helmet while riding pillion.
When contacted a senior police officer, he said, “The error might be due to a technical fault, we will ask the official concerned to look into it.”
