K. Chandrashekar Rao, the Chief Minister of Telangana, will soon conduct a public rally in Huzurnagar Assembly constituency in Telangana.
Palla Rajeshwar Reddy, a member of the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS,) addressed the media and said KCR will conduct a public rally in Huzurnagar on the 17th of October.
Mr. Rao will campaign for S. Saidi Reddy, the Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) candidate of the TRS from the Huzurnagar Assembly constituency.
Initially, KCR was scheduled to conduct the public rally on the 18th of October, however, due to unknown reasons, the TRS rescheduled the rally and preponed it to the 17th of October.
Recently, the Communist Party of India [Marxist] (CPI[M]) refused to support the TRS in the Huzurnagar by election, which is said to be a major drawback for the latter.
S.Saidi Reddy from the TRS, Padmavati Reddy from the Indian National Congress (INC,) Kota Rama Rao from the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Kiranmai from the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) are contesting the by election in Huzurnagar.
The major parties which are in the race for the Huzurnagar by election are the INC, the BJP and the TRS. The by election is scheduled to be held on the 21st of October, whereas the results will be announced on the 24th of October.
