K.T. Rama Rao, the Municipal Administration and Urban Development (MA&UD) Minister of Telangana and Talasani Srinivas Yadav, the Animal Husbandary, Fisheries and Cinematography Minister of Telangana,
inaugurated a multipurpose sports complex.
On the 13th of November, the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) ministers launched the sports complex in Sanathnagar of Hyderabad City, Telangana.
After opening the complex, both Mr. Rao and Mr. Yadav played badminton for some time.
Later, while addressing the gathering, K.T. Rama Rao said, K. Chandrashekar Rao, the Chief Minister of Telangana wanted to make Telangana top developed state in India and the TRS is working towards the same.
KTR said, “The CM always says that revenue of Telangana should be increased and benefits of social welfare schemes should be extended to the poor and needy.”
Later Mr. Rao is scheduled to inaugurate several projects aiming to the development of the State.
Some of the projects include sports complex, library and foundation for theme park at Nehru Park at a total cost of over Rs.19 crores.
According to sources, under the leadership of the TRS Government, nearly Rs.800 crores development works were sanctioned for Sanathnagar Constituency in the past years.
