The All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) party won the Telangana Municipal elections in the Bhainsa municipality.
During the counting of votes, the Asaduddin Owaisi led AIMIM won in the Municipality with a huge margin.
Despite the campaigns of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP,) the AIMIM won the elections there.
In the Bhainsa municipality, there were 26 wards, out of which the AIMIM won in 15 wards, whereas BJP managed to secure only 9 seats.
The remaining 2 seats were won by independent candidates.
Though the TRS is leading in the State Municipal elections, it remains to be seen who will win as the final results are yet to be announced.
